My Story
Sacred Healing Doula Services is a black-owned business dedicated to the well-being of both babies and mothers. As a mother myself, I experienced firsthand the challenges and frustrations that many women face during childbirth and the postpartum period. I noticed a gap in support where women were speaking up for themselves but not always being heard, or feeling too afraid to advocate for their needs due to past experiences.
It was through my own journey that I discovered the transformative impact of having a doula by my side. Their unwavering support and advocacy changed my life in profound ways, inspiring me to become a doula myself. I am passionate about providing the same level of compassionate care and support to other mothers, empowering them to navigate their childbirth and postpartum experiences with confidence and dignity.
My journey began in 2018 as a birth doula, where I witnessed the incredible strength and resilience of mothers during childbirth. In 2020, I expanded my expertise by becoming a childbirth educator, empowering expectant parents with knowledge and tools to make informed decisions about their birth experiences. Building on this foundation, I became a postpartum doula in 2021, recognizing the importance of continued support and guidance during the early days of motherhood.
In 2022, I established Sacred Healing with a vision to provide holistic care that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of mothers and babies. With a focus on nurturing the bond between mother and child, Sacred Healing offers a range of services tailored to support women throughout their childbirth and postpartum journeys.
At Sacred Healing, we believe that every mother deserves to feel heard, supported, and empowered as they bring new life into the world.
